Shipping, Returns, & Sizing

We sell several different brands so sizing may vary slightly from piece to piece. Below is general sizing for our contemporary fit clothing.

2XL: 16/18
3XL: 18/20

PAYMENTS:

Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping or store pick-up.

SHIPPING:

Item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will ship the following Monday. There may be additional delays to weather, holiday, and shipping carrier exceptions beyond our control so please to into account possible delays when orders as a gift or for a special event. 

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 within the USA and free for orders $75+

Shipping will not be refunded.

LOCAL PICK-UP:

Local pick-up is available in Cedar Falls, Iowa. If you are local to us, simply choose the local pick-up option during checkout. 

We'll contact you once your order is ready to arrange a time for you to pick-up. You can also reach out to us to be sure your order is ready before coming to pick-up.

Please note that orders must be picked up in a timely fashion otherwise we will send you an invoice for applicable shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY:

All unworn/unaltered merchandise can be exchanged or returned for an online store credit within 14 days from DATE of purchase.

*You may not return or exchange: Sale items, items with a coupon code discount of 40% off or more, all accessories, items won in a giveaway, intimates, swimwear, and any other items as applicable up to our discretion when appropriate are FINAL SALE.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If you return items that you have tried on and they have make up on them, you WILL NOT be given an online credit and items will be sent back to you. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. You must include your receipt.

All sales on SALE items are final and not returnable.

If the order is returned past the 20 day limit or do not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and no credit will be given.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please contact us prior to attempting to mail a return for further instructions and to make sure it is an approved return. If we receive items returned in the mail prior to contacting us, we will mark the package return to sender.
